How it Works
PingPlotter's public beta is available for anyone to download. To participate, follow these steps:
- Download the beta installer on this page, or log into your account page and download the beta version of PingPlotter
- Once the beta build is installed, launch PingPlotter. Enter your account credentials when prompted, if you have them. Otherwise, the beta will operate as a trial version
That's it! You're now set to test your new traceroute superpowers!

Hearing how the beta works for you helps us build a better PingPlotter. Please check for known issues in the Release Notes, and share whatever feedback comes to mind during your testing.

Activating maintenance
Most PingPlotter beta features require active maintenance. If you’re unsure of your status or would like to activate maintenance for your account, visit your account page. We'll keep the beta warm until you get back.
